no follow up of delivery and installation, wrong items ordered, crews not knowing what installation job they were to do, one window not ordered at all, wrong front door 2" to short. talked to sales rep he said everything will be taken care of within a month.

when talked him again he said it was out of his hands and should be handled through the installation and scheduling department. personally they will never get a good reference or will I use them again.

talked to local management about problems and they said thinks will get better in service. now what would happen if it took 5 months to pay them for there work, how many letters or notices of we will ruin redit would I have received your credit.
