Their custom service is awful.

They are disable to correct their mistakes.

I do not believe the lifetime warranty. It's worse than a joke.

I'm dealing with the same thing right now. I got the call the day before installation that they broke a window on Thursday Feb 6th and would rush order another and call me Monday Feb 10th, it's now Saturday Feb 15th and after leaving several irritated messages no one has gotten back to me.

By the way, I ordered my windows in October!!!! :(

Window World in Phoenix, Arizona - Rude Supervisor/Representative

On 2/6/14 at the Woodbridge Apartment Complex in Chesapeake, VA I had a terrible conversation with the Supervisor in charge. I questioned why the caulking on my window sills were uneven and he came back into my apartment yelling at me, informing me that I was the only one who had a complaint. He also stated that my Cocker Spaniel was the cause putting her paws on the window sills. My dog was locked in a crate. When I inquired how caulking got onto my couch that was located more than 3 feet from the living room window he again raised his voice and yelled at me. I am a 71 year old woman who did not appreciate his rude behavior.

Window World in Charlotte, North Carolina - Leaky windows trash cigarette butts faulty door installation Marshville NC

Had window world install 18 windows two doors and they didn't put the handles on the doors didn't pick up any trash I'm disable and when they saw that the team took advantage of me. The doors where in crocked called for 3 months never nothing from them my advice get a real company to do you're work. They just don't care!!! The salesman will say anything it takes. The subs they sent where using the bathroom in my yard in view of my wife and daughter and smoking pot as they worked. They said the company didn't mind since the job was so easy. I talked to 3 people at the Mooresville office and the last thing Mitch the salesman said was that he will get my doors and windows right and never talked to anyone again. They avoided my calls from then on. After 3 months of hassle I hired a descent person from lowes to fix everything.

Not true. I am a home health provider and I work cheap so that elderly people can stay in their homes.

I love my job and the thought of there happiness is all I need.

I work extremely hard at my job working with memory loss clients.

Window World in Nashville, Tennessee - Zero Warranty Response

Lifetime warranty on window parts - right. When you try to reach them they have a different number for warranty that no one answers and messages left there are not returned. I've been trying to get someone to respond to my request for three weeks and not one single response. I had the windows installed 8 years ago and they boast a warranty against defect. If anything goes wrong, just call and they'll send someone right out. Not true! They don't respond to email, "contact us", phone calls or voicemails. I've submitted a complaint against them with the Better Business Bureau too. Don't do business with them. EVER!

Window World in Albany, New York - The soffit and facia on my house started falling off in July

Since the original complaint I have still not had my issues fixed while more issues have occurred. I'm being told that the coil stock was not ordered, they have reschedule a number of times, the window lock on my living room window has failed, The siding has cracked on the south side of my house. As recently as yesterday I was told to take time off from work and a technician would be there only to have no one show up and no call to let me know what was going on. have asked to speak with the owner of the local branch with no satisfaction. I will be stopping at the show room today.
