I highly agree they need to be more professional, this company is very disorganized by the way it looks.i wouldnt recommend.i paid toi much for such bad customer service via Phone operator as well.

i had six window installed in my home after the sale guy named ben venturini lied and told me the 600 seri windows were the best quailty *** first took 6 weeks to get my windows in and they did not call me i had to call them to find out they were in to set up my appt. to have them installed the a guy and two kids showed up he dropped his trailor and these kids off to install my windows next day windows very very hard to open called window world said the would be out next week to have problem fixed at 8 am them this guy calls me that day at 730 am says he had a job he needed to do first okay i will be there at 2 calls at 130 says 5 then calls at 5 and says 630 7 the calls at 6 and says they need to resceld then next guy come out re adjusted the window 2-1/2 inch ? wtf come on it is window not that hard to put in then leaks air next day call send someone out they look at it nothing wrong next guy same thing and now again wind blowing it is *** that i have to wrap plastic over my new windows *** window world {{Redacted}}

Window World in Livingston, Texas - Tring to buy windows

We had a appointment with window world of Alexandria, LA. They didn't show up, and didn't even pick up a phone to call and say they couldn't make it. This company (Window World) is is giving your product a bad name. It would be in your best interest to have a talk with them. Before you can't even give you product away around Natchitoches, LA. I'm very unhappy with them; if they don't get there act together I will take out a ad to let people around here just what kind of company you have selling your products. I'm a supervisor at my job; and if a company couldn't handle there business better then that I would have a different company there the next day.

Sorry I am just reading these complaints and I am having a hard time holding my lounge.

I am curious as to what the company's response was when you called them about not showing up...You didn't call them did you?

Your going to take the time and money to put out an advertisement to inform your community about this? ...Really?

I see that you got comments from Window World corporate telling you that they will get to the bottom of this, and fix the problem. But let me tell you what they are really thinking. Not trying to be mean to you or anything but they are asking themselves when is Window World Corporate going to give up this $189.00 window promotion so we can stop getting these silly complaints about insignificant issues.

They also are thinking that when that rep does come out and give you the price for the windows and it does not work out to $189.00 per window that you will be writing another complaint that will need to be responded to.

What a joke. I am a building contractor specializing in replacement windows.

I have sat here and read probably 50 complaints about this company. It started with a complaint about the local Window World in central Florida and has just gone on and on. Why can't these people get it right?!? If this is such a wonderful nationwide company then they have the resources.

I know how much it cost to replace windows and I know the profit margin, as a huge company like this they could afford to hire some decent people. Everyone I have ever encountered that had ever had anything to do with this company has been upset with the way they were treated.

If they keep it up like this they won't be around for too much longer, at least not in this area.

Window World in Lebanon, Indiana - Set up appointment to install called night before to cancell

On Aug 17 2012 I signed a contract to have window world install in winows. Salesman said 2 weeks they would be installed. Got an apointment to them installed on 10/9/2012 took two days off work as they said if they got started late it would take 2 days. Plus I wanted to get my house in shape before returning to work. Night before they were to show up cancelled. Wanted to reschedule for 10/11 or 10/12 2012 told them no. If you give your word you should show up. Now I am setting in a house with all the furniture in the middle of the floor.( Furniture needed to be 3 foot from windows and no curtains at the windows. The alarm is shut off and I STILL HAVE TO PAY THEM FULL PRICE NO MATTER WHAT

I ALSO ORDERED THE WINDOWS AND WAS TOLD TWO WEEKS THREE AT THE LATEST NOW ALMOST 6WEEK AND I HAVE TAKEN TWO DAYS OFF AND GET A CALL FROM MANAGER AND SAID TRUCK IS LATE AND CAN NOT FIND SOMEONE TO INSTALL ON SAT. MY TIME IS AS VALUABLE AS YOURS AND I AM NOT A HAPPY CUSTOMER.

we contacted window world to replace the aged windows in our house, first time they came out the "manager" gave us an estimate for replacing every window in the house. The second time the "manager came out we asked for an estimate for two windows as that was all we could afford to get replaced at the time. We tried for at least a month to get in touch with the company to give them the deposit to start the work, they NEVER returned our calls or even acknowledged that they did give us an estimate at all. If this this is the way they treat their customers who were willing to give them repeat business and recommend them to every one they know then they DO NOT deserve to be in business. I do not want to be contacted by the company or any of its reps, my wife and I have had it with getting the run around.

Window world has not been willing to discuss concerns about problems they have caused

Window world put a new door in for me but raised the thresh hold to an unsafe height causing accidents. They were not prompt to discuss the issue with us and when we did get a reply it was a rude note. Apparently there were issues with existing flooring but did not feel it important to let my husband know (who was home @ that time) before moving on. Also not happy with the permanent caulk foot prints on my expensive area rug...and they have yet to address that issue or apologize. Never a call back to see how everything went & if we were satisfied. It was like "so long suckers"once they got there money.

Yep window world bites, thay sent a rep out to give me an estimate, he looks the job over and gives me what I thought ot be a reasonable estimate. Workes show up at tear off shingles and tell me the is bad wood and the siding would not stay on. They say they don't do wood just siding. They contact their office and they are told to not do any work. A month later they send a kid out to replace some of the wood. He has mispelled words on his business cards, a POS mini van with a widow replaced with cardboard, no ladder and wants me to give him a K not to get started. I called him leter and told him never mind, I felt like I wouldn't kget the work done and loose my money. Window world is trying to collect for breach of contract even though THEY SAID they can't put on the siding due to the bad wood.

I too got sucked in by the salesman, bragging about great workmanship, real wood material trim, greatest installers available, would treat my house with respect, put down drop cltohes and not walk on carpets with shoes. Well after NOT showing up twice, which i had to call to find out they were nnot coming, they used fake wood trim and didnt cloth protect any of my new carpet, caused on seam in the carpet to rip apart from wearing mountain hiker boots on it, at least three windows that i can tell are in crooked.

Definetly not the job that was pitched to me. They must have known i was not happy as they didnt even put a window world advertiser in my yard.

not worth the $4,000 hassle wait and let down. Sad thing is i have another house to get windows in, and i wont be going with these people!
