I had an appointment for months to have windows installed. Appointment was confirmed two weeks ago.
Now on the DAY BEFORE scheduled installation at four P.M. I get a call saying it's not going to happen. Customer rep says " I'll call you back with another install date ". After waiting a while I call them back and they are closed.
To say I am pissed would not be enough. They also state that they can NOT give a refund because they have already ordered the windows.
Why am I suppose to care? It is THEM that are not keeping THEIR end of the contract, not me.
