Took 3 months for windows to arrive. Appointment set up to install windows.
The day before the installation, they called to postpone for a week. The day of the install they called to say the installers called in sick. Set up an appointment for the next week. called the day before the install to postpone again.
Said they needed to come on the day scheduled or the next day. Settled on the next day but only one installer. One set of windows had the wrong grid style; one screen was torn in two places. Failed to insulate around one window.
There was not enough trim to finish the inside. Scheduled to come out the next day to install trim but failed to show up. Called to complain and got in touch with a field supervisor; nothing but excuses and got very insulted.
Scheduled to come out the next day but never showed up. Will not use them again!
