After payment- they "lost" my order. I had to call a month later and schedule the installation- 8 weeks after payment. Then the installation was incomplete. I had to argue with installer about the definition of complete. Another several weeks passed before company sent a completion crew to finish. Each time, it took multiple phone calls to describe and schedule and review work. Installation was typical 4 hour window, and during the work week.
Eventually, everything was resolved. There has to be a better way than try to get resolution to every issue with multiple people. After sales, sales person never called back.
I will find another company to do the rest of the windows in my house.
