Here I sit with my contractor waiting for a delivery and installation of windows for my house. It is 1 PM on March 18, 2016 and we have been waiting more that 4 hours for this delivery.

If it wasn't for the contractor having paid some of the deposit, I would have cancelled this delivery. We received an e-mail the previous day that the delivery would be at 9 AM but as of 1 PM we are still waiting. We can't even telephone the company because they don't answer the phone.

Just wondering if your contractor had past experience with the company. If so, bad on him for letting you use them.

I got a call from Window World yesterday letting me know my installation had been scheduled to start between 9:30 & 10:30 this morning. I have been waiting all day.

It is 2:00 and I have heard nothing. Very displeased right now.

Wishing I could just get back my deposit and go elsewhere!
