Purchased Windows for one of my investment properties months ago. House was broken into and one of the Windows was broken.

Took two months to have one Window replaced. Tenant had to live with broken window...for Two months. Fast in taking the customer money when ordering new Windows; but really, really slow in repairing them. Blames it on backlog.

I wished they would have been up front in give this information long before my windows where order.

It wasn't just inconvenient for the tenant living in the home but it was also inconvenient for me as the landlord having to try to explain and console the tenant. Who is now living in their home feeling violated and threaten by living in their house with an open window.
