I had windows installed after a flood. All seemed great, except they installed a clear window in the bathroom where a frosted window was supposed to go.
Called them about it - 3 months later, I'm still waiting on the replacement window and they want me to provide all the information on that particular window (i.e., model #, installation #, etc.) when everything is in their system. Several calls and emails were sent with silence being their response. I can't stand these companies where the customer is doing the work, but not getting paid for it. Read the paperwork and do your freakin' job.
Since my detail is too short, I'll just add some silly things to fill it up. I said what I had to say...why must I write a novel?
