Window World installed windows in 2009, the capping was never chaulked, so therefore water got into the open seams of the capping/ wrapping and caused tremendous damage to the wood underneath the capping/ wrapping.DO Not Do Business with Window World of Richmond, unprofessional, can be rude and do not want to hear about their mistakes, for those of you that have had work done by these people be sure to check your all work within 5 years, they will tell you Statue of Limitation has ran out so if you see or think there maybe a problem check because their installers especially back then did not know what the *** they were doing and Window World was running around selling cheap windows and having installers that were not professional installers like Joe Blow off the corner and now won't stand behind the sloppiness the installers left behind. My suggestion is deal with a more up scale company example:Peller, you get what you pay for in my opinion stay away from these people If you read thru some of the reviews you will find other people with similar problems, so you got to go behind them and make sure that its done right every step of the way, because they will send their lawyers to court and stand on the STATUE Of LIMITATION as if you are the expert and should know if they did the job right. Cause I don't know too many if anyone that purchases windows every 5 years, but you gotta check every hole and crevices to be sure the work is done properly again 5 years and I'm not sure if they are even informing folks about the 5 year limitations, this is heads up.
