On June 14,2013 I ordered a door with one half the down payment made. The door came in on August6,2013 with the wrong frame size.
The installer tore out the original door before he realized the frame was incorrect. The installer put plywood over the opening. A new frame was ordered with the shipping date on September 19,2013. I think the door should be expedited since the fault was the company's.
After calling the company several time and going by the local office I have not received a satisfactory answer as to why they cannot make and expedite the door. They will not return my calls in a timely manner.
