our service and the quality of the product was great, no complaints in that category; but we were told our peak biils should now be about what our bills were during non-peak months.....just received our first full month bill since the window installation (expecting at least a $25-30 decrease from last month) and the bill was $6 higher than the mo nth before......REALLY .REALLY disappointed.... the windows are beautiful, but really could have used the money we spent on the windows in another area.

service was on time, worker were effecient, courteous and did not leave any messes.

But, what was your bill a year ago at that same time. You know weather has allot to do with your bill..was the temperature the same for both months?
