We ordered 13 windows the beginning of may 2018 and was told they would be installed in 3 weeks. On the 4th week I called and they said he shouldn’t of told of that that normally it’s 6-8 weeks.. so she scheduled it for June 28th from 12-2 They called June 28th at 12 after I already took off work moved all the furniture, blinds and removed the window units and said we can’t come and blamed it on the rain and the rescheduled it to July 6th from 12-2. They call July 5th and confirm everything so I take off work again move everything again 2pm gets here and still no one shows or calls . I call ww and check on what’s going on and she says she’ll have the installer call me. He calls at 330 and said something about his truck broke down and he was finishing up and would be at the house in an hour. At 530 I call him and he’s at another job and said he’s coming as soon as he gets done with it and he would call me in a few mins. I never heard back from him and he won’t answer his phone. I called ww on Saturday morning to figure it what’s going on and tell them the installer had lied to me all day about showing up. They told me sorry we will reschedule you. Now the date is moved to July 28th and the manager is suppose to call me Monday to “make things right”

The reason we used WW is they promised 3 weeks on the windows. the windows are old and leaking on the house we bought and he sold us on the 3 weeks install time. With the 2nd reschedule that’s going to be 11-12 weeks. Not counting the taking off work 3 days and not gettin paid and having to move everything 3 times ... no ones has even tried remotely to

Make anything right or offer a discount .

Reason of review: Problem with delivery.

Monetary Loss: $600.

Preferred solution: Price reduction.

I didn't like: Everything so far.
