I had my whole house replaced in 2014. I had a seal failure and called for one replacement in July 2017.
I am still waiting and have had every excuse in the book. I have been told it was ordered wrong, in wrong warehouse, Hurricane Harvey (which I understand), came in damaged. I have spoke to Brian Young, Robert Smyth once. When you call the company the calls are screened by the call taker.
I have been told they are out of the office and they will not return a phone call. I e-mailed Scott and got a call back from Amy who was not real concerned. They showed up two weeks ago and tried to replace with a pane and it was to small. Alex Young (Brian son) tried to put back and broke the glass.
I now have a large piece of duct tape across the glass.
SO ITS STILL BROKE AND WILL BE YEAR PRETTY SOON. SO LIKE I SAID GOOD AS THE COMPANY.
