Window World in East Hanover, New Jersey - Not very good/ unpleasant

All our windows had argon has issues they all leaked we had many problem after almost 1 year the window came . Then they told me I had to pay for installation of the product? So the warranty doesn’t cover install of a warrantied windows?

Dear Customer,

I happen to be in the office at the time when you called and spoke to our Operations Manager, and he put you on speaker phone so that I can listen along, and witness how difficult you were on the phone. I have to be honest the way you spoke to him any company Operations Manager would have a hard time helping a customer yelling the way you did.

We simply can't solve or make any situation right for anyone with that type of anger on the phone. We work through any situation by having a normal conversation. As for the statement on how things were installed I have to say that if that was to be true then the completion certificate would of not have been signed that the job was completed to your satisfaction and I don't think anyone would of paid a company for a job like that when the work was completed. I know I wouldn't of.

The job was completed in June/2015 and now we have this complaint you wrote stating that installation was poor in January/2016? Being that amount of time had passed it's hard to validate that. Straight forward I am sorry we could not set up a service sooner due to the schedule being full. You may have not liked the day we had available for you but we did give you the option of the day to help you.

On that note you just refused the day that was available, got upset, threaten to go to social media, and hung up the phone, and at that point the office was not able to help you because you hung up on us. We can help you if you hang up the phone on us. As for the drafty windows I believe there is something else that you are experiencing because the windows have an interlock system in the middle of the windows and when closed properly the windows are not drafty in the middle and function the way they were designed to. I say this because if that was the case then we would have an entire customer base that we have complaining of drafty windows, and it's not he case, so I have reason to believe something else may be a problem.

The comment on Patrick being rude was him not being rude its the answer that he was giving you that you did not like to give you a temporary solution to a problem before we would be able to come and take a look at the problem to see what it is. The phone call had it's challenges based of your anger and I think he did the very best he could based off of the scenario he was put in. In closing to this complaint so that you know we always have the best intentions in serving all of our customers that give us their business. We have the highest gratitude for that business given to us.

I welcome you to call us again with a calm voice and let's help you solve the issue if we can by setting an appointment for one of our service technicians to come to your home and look at what you are experiencing. We will be waiting for your call.

im standing by what i said. what difference will it really make if you knew my name it does not change the poor customer service.

when you call you never return the call. my point of concern is not fast service is sufficent service, its the principal for me. when you send representatives to a prospective customer home. sometimes you may have to follow up on them to make sure the customer is satisfied with the product they purchased.

were all the customers questions and concerns answered. this is your business this is your brand they represent you and what your company stand for. so before you start blaming customers.

follow up. customer service is the key word that is not registering with you

I happen to open my windows downstairs the other day and when I went to close and lock them they would not lock. I called and no one returned my call. I called again and it was almost 5 pm and then Zi got the call. I told them the problem and he said someone would contact me. Well that was 3 days ago. This is the second time they did not lock. After they were installed in 2012 or 2013 not long after I had two that would not lock.

I'm sorry but I'm not fishing every day in fact I am in the office 5 days a week. I work 12 to 14 hour days.

If you got my number from one of my colleagues I would of called you back if you left a message which I haven't received any from you whoever you are and if you like you can come into the office to personally to talk to me. I'm here for you like I am for all my customers that need me.

By the way, the way you commented on me is probably a good reason you haven't received good customer service by the way you talk to people because you probably talked down to the people that work at my office. You get more with honey than you do with vinegar.

The WW corp is in NC but the owner is from LA. He does not even live in NC.

The whole corp is a scam!!!!!! Run while you can. It is very evident from the automated response like the one listed here from WW.

They will never address any specific problem anyone might have with their products or service. SCAM SCAM SCAM>

John don't listen to the guy or gal who says you cant by the BBB he shows what he knows. yes you can buy the BBB I have a company and I used to tell people to look at the bbb report of the other company they are looking at ( they had 52 complaints ) and had a very poor rating.

My company had 2 complaints and I resolved them both. The other company had 4 resolved. To my surprise a week later the company had a a rating and all the 52 complaint where archived . Guess what they joined the BBB one week ago and now have a a rating.

So yes you can buy a BBB rating. When I called and sent the BBB my copy's of the complaints and asked how they could have a (A) credit report I was told that all 52 complaint expired and had dropped off the report. Yeah right! I was told if I did not belong to the BBB right now that I could buy a membership and they would drop off my 2 reports.

The BBB is right up their with other reporting web site that if you pay them money they will take down a negative report. By the way the company was tru green corporate. I owned a tru green franchise and they where my competitor. So I know what I m taking about.

I got a call telling me how to reduce my BBB account from corporate.

The BBB used to mean something . Now days it don't mean anything but cyber bulling.
