I have been trying to get an 8 foot sliding glass door replaced for over 2 months. The Pensacola representative has transferred me to a "technician" who so far has; hung up once.
not called back 5 times, did finally show up 4 weeks ago. When Bob did come and look at the door said it must be replaced & the lower track has been redesigned because of the failure we have. I also ordered a replacement window. I called the Pensacola office this past Tuesday June 27th and was told Bob is no longer with Window World.
I was transferred to Mark. Mark knew nothing of my situation but would check into it.
Today June 30th & no one from Window World has attempted to contact us. The Sliding door is about to fall out.
