Ordered windows in Sept was told there would be 10 week wait. windows would be installed on November 10th.

still no windows today. Wanted to talk to manager and his voice mail is full can not leave a message. Going there today and get my money back. Talked to sales rep a number of times and she said windows are still in production.

When i called again yesterday she said my windows wont be in until December 23, and it would be after Christmas before they would install them, People be ware of the Fancy TV adds. They make promises they can not keep.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Sounds very similar to my problem. The windows are nice, but they took forever (ordered in August, installed in December, never finished the outside!) I will NEVER recommend them to anyone!

Reschedules, lies, excuses...the weather, broken down trucks, etc.

Not to mention how they lure you in with the price! Worst company I have ever dealt with!
