Hi Tammy my name is Tammy Scott. We are having a terrible time getting our project finished.
Its been 17 months they still arent done and we just received a bill to start paying Wells Faro. So you all got paid and here we sit with a bill and an unfinished project. This all started on April 15, 2020 we put 2500$ down. Did not hear back until end of June.
Booked and Appt to install our 2 new windows our front door and a sliding door. The installers informed us of damaged products. Three out of 4 items were broke. Front door frame was cracked, sliding door was warped and one of the windows had a stain between the pain.
We waited and no one called to let us know if our products were ordered and in stock. Called December 2nd. No call back. Then had an appt on February 11th 2021 to have the new items put in.
They called that day to inform us that some of the stuff was broke again. They care to fix our stuff on March 17th but could not finish once again because they had the wrong product. Heard nothing back and sent an email on the 16th of September and my husband got a call a few days later to set up a time to finish. September 29th between 8-10 they were supposed to be here.
We came home early from our vacation to get a call at 10 today to tell us they couldnt finish because they couldnt find our stuff. So you can see why Im a upset. Mike told me that we would talk compensation when we were finished and satisfied. No compensation no finished product and a bill from Wells Fargo to start paying the remainder of our balance.
So your company got paid and here we sit with our project still not completed! I dont know what we are supposed to do.
