After attempting to call several times and being told that Megan was at lunch and she would call us back, I again called our salesperson and he had her call. When I attempted to ask her questions she kept saying can you hear me?

I called her back and once again this happened. I simply wanted to know what happens if our door is not in by the scheduled time and who would be calling to schedule installation.

I would say based on this experience, that customer service is not deemed important. Our salesperson did say they were having phone trouble, however, this does not excuse not returning calls and/or a belligerent attitude.
