on June 25 2015 window world came to our home to take measures for two windows. then told us it would be two to three weeks to order then would install.

it is now august 11 and still no windows. they were suppose to come today but called early this morning and said due to weather they had to cancel...now I cold understand if it was pooring down rain..it rained last night but now it is just cloudy.. when they were here on june 25th we paid them $400 up front!! now they say they will be here Friday.

why not tomorrow...

we have waited long enough!!!! DONT ORDER YOUR WINDOWS FROM WINDOW WORLD IF YOU REALLY WANT WINDOWS!!

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $400.

Preferred solution: Price reduction.

Window World Cons: False advertising.

We ordered windows in march and it's now august and still don't have windows, we paid 2300 up front which was more than half down
