We made a payment to Window World in the amount of $202.00 more than what was due, the "system" took $2002.00....we contacted the company to have them correct the error they said they could not help us, they need 2 billing cycles to correct the problem and refund our money. In the day where numbers just fly through the air from one credit card to the other and then to a bank we REALLY don't see the actual cash!

There is no reason why they can't either send us a refund CHECK or apply a return the full amount we paid and we will try paying them again.

Since this happened we have NO MONEY and everyday we get more overdraft notices. This is causing a real problem!

Reason of review: Problems with payment.

Monetary Loss: $2500.

Preferred solution: Refund the over payment today! .

Window World Pros: Quality and price of the product.

Window World Cons: Were 4 months past the expected installation we were told.
