It is now July 21st and I have not received the check for the double billing, not sure what happened, since I was told "it was in the mail".My stone work is still not finished.
This project is now over two months old and incomplete. I am so very sorry that I ever trusted to pay them in full.
I truly thought they would finish the project without issue.Boy, was I wrong.

Shortly after this post, I was contacted by Window World. They finally came to finish the damaged window on June 27th.
The only thing that needs to be completed is the replacing of the stone work on the front of the house. They also reimbursed me for my truck tire and the double billing. I am very sad that it took making this post to get them to do the right thing.
However, as I just said to my neighbor who inquired about my windows, I would still recommend Window World windows, just not the crew that I had this time.Hopefully, we will be able to have a finished project soon.

May 19th, I had 19 windows replaced. One was damaged and they broke my trim so they didn't finish the front window.
Today, June 21st, it still isn't finished. I have contacted them via phone and e-mail and have not gotten any response. The crew that was here was also very careless trimming a tree without asking, breaking a garden light, cut cables left dangling, and left lots of nails laying around my property, one of which ended up in my truck tire. Chad agreed to pay for replacement tires (I needed 2 to balance out) and they double billed me for the same line item and now it is "under review." What?????
Not only can the bugs easily find there way into my house, my air conditioning is going right outside too. The front of my house looks horrible with the unfinished project too. I used WW years ago at another property and had no problems with them.
I am highly disappointed in their handling of this situation.I have pictures to prove my case.
Review about: Window World Window Replacement.
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
Monetary Loss: $1000.
Preferred solution: Price reduction.
I liked: Salesman who was here for the original sale.
I didn't like: Incomplete project, Lack of communciation for a solution, Feeling that since they are paid, I am not important.
