We showed up with our window measurements. They took a deposit.

Never called us. We always had to call them. Six weeks later, still no windows. We call them and the response is that they don't make those windows with our measurements!

The salesman is very sleazy.... his name rhymes with PAIN. Said he would give us a credit. Never did.

Our credit card company finally took care of it and we got a credit. What a horribly run operation. We went with someone else...

actually for less money and we are happy with our new windows. Be careful!

Nikki, what was the end result with Window World? Anyone else go with them or use someone else for their windows?

You should have a clue what you're talking about before you post. Low/e & Argon should be suggested for energy efficiency but is NOT required in most states.

Nikki14 who did you got to for your windows eventually? We are looking for someone to replace our windows. We were going to use window world but after seeing all of these comments we will not use them.

Every window sold in this country must have loe/argon automatically for thermal efficiencies. This company advertises a window (189) without the most desired glass option (required in some states).

Trust is earned from the beginning with a honest ad which this is not. Run while you can.

Without knowing who you are we cannot follow up on your situation except to say that, we have never failed to refund a customer deposit even in cases where the customer was truly at fault. Itรขโ‚ฌโ„ขs just not our business philosophy.

If there was a delay because your windows were oversized and couldn't be made we would have known that immediately and would have offered an alternative.

Please call our operations manager at the store for more information. After this incident is researched it is possible you would be given a cash credit for any undue delays.
