Window world had one of the professional representatives come out and measure the windows and personally look at the pattern in the windows, it was a diamond pattern white in the windows. The only request was to have the windows raise up and down instead of sliders.
The order was placed, the windows finally arrived and were put in with the diamond pattern laying down instead of how the original windows were made, the representative personally saw the windows pictures were taken. Then the requested to have the household make a drawing of what they wanted, a drawing was made along with a picture of one of the windows that had not been changed and had the diamond pattern like the ones requested. The shipment came and it had a pattern with a small lattice work in the windows, nothing like the pattern from the original. Now Window World is wanting additional money to correct the problem blaming the pattern design on the owner.
If the representative was incapable of supplying the windows as requested with out all of the mistakes and now threats of additional cost.
I think that Window World should either get some new estimators and designers and replace the windows at their cost. These windows were placed into a house in Beaver, Pa.
