We video taped a presentation and the salesman will tell you there is a lifetime warranty and that there is insulation and 100% argon in the window glass. So we had it all tested after one window was installed and it was all a lie.

No insulation. 70% argon filled. The windows were cheap and will need to be replaced in 10 to 12 years. The installation was the worse I have ever seen.

And the cheap prices after they charge all the extras and add more (extra cost) on at the installation. And the window world in our area went out of business after 2 years. they take your money and run and then go open a new franchise in the town next to us and then they do not have to warranty any of the windows they sold because it is considered a new store and owner. Guess what it is the same owner that just got away with in my opinion a crime.

Don't let this happen to you.

And the windows are not rated good enough for the new energy star increase. So they are worthless as of January 2016.

You had a window tested? how much did that cost?

Did you expect to get stuff for free?
