I paid a lot of money to have a security screen door installed which was not installed properly. I have tried contacting them to come repair it to no avail.

Really upsetting! Didn’t have a problem taking my money.....why not honor the product that I paid an arm and a leg for? When the repairman came out the first time he could see that the door was cantered and not closing properly.

He said that they did not schedule him enough time to repair it that day and it would have to be completely reinstalled and would put it in his report. I never heard back from them and they refuse to return my calls.

Reason of review: Work Experience or Job Application.

Monetary Loss: $1800.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.

I didn't like: Service, Never return phone calls.
