Window World - Terrible Customer Service
We recently ordered 14 large windows from Window World Atlanta. We insisted multiple times on a morning appointment but Window World of Atlanta said they knew better and it would only take the afternoon because they were sending their biggest crew.
At 11am 2 men showed up, they were only able to finish 4 windows. We now have to take another full day off of work to get this done which costs money but they don't really seem to care much. A man named Carter is trying to make us happy customers but he wants to do so by giving me a deal on extra stuff. Not sure why he's under the impression we would hire them again.
I definitely should have read more reviews on Window World of Atlanta. I'm now terrified that if something goes wrong or gets damaged they'll have no good way of handling that either.

Shocking number of horrendous experiences and terrible reviews. Thanks for letting us consumers know to save others from these people.
Individual offices don't seem to have any accountability for their terrible performance.
I will be talking to "Marty" at Consumer Relations to ask if he has seen these reviews; if he cares; and what he is doing about it to make these franchise stores accountable. Jerry S.
