I thought the world of Window World. Family and friends had recommended this company for the windows and the price, however, beware! My salesman was great. The price was great. The pain and suffering that I am experiencing now, is not worth it. I had my windows...

I had Window World replace all of my windows in 2007. Earlier this year, I was half asleep, dozing on and off.

I kept hearing a sound like someone was throwing slush balls at one of the windows. My dog started barking like crazy, so I got up and discovered someone hitting one of my kitchen windows with a brick. The person was trying to break into my house, but was scared off by my dog (a very large German Shepherd). The only damage was the screen was torn from the brick, but the glass didn't break.

I'm very impressed with the quality of my windows. The salesman was very professional, and the installers were wonderful. I had eleven double hung, and one picture window installed, plus had the window trim wrapped with aluminum. I've been very impressed with the entire process, and even had a follow up a few months after the installation to see if I was satisfied with the windows.

I would have no issues with using Window World again, should I need windows replaced on a different property. On top of it all, I've been saving nearly 100 dollars a month on my utilities. With that in mind, the utility savings over the years since the installation have paid for the windows nearly twice over.

Overall wonderful experience.

My experience have not been so great!! It's been over 30 days and I still do not have my windows. I've received an email stating you pride yourselves on keeping the customer in the loop. I was told on 9/28/15 windows typically could be scheduled within a week of the...

Problem with delivery
We recently got a bid form WW to replace 38 windows based upon the advertised $249 low-e published rate. By the time the salesman got through with all of the "add-ons" for things like $30/window for removing your old window (who replaces windows without taking the...

They do change the price look at the advertising everywhere for Window World they are so famous for the $189.00. Take a look at the window world contract it don't even have a 189.00 window on it.

It's just a bad company if they can get on TV & not be honest that shows you what kind of company they really are. At least the store in West Virginia St.Albans.

I will be brief. The windows are fine and as expected but the installation was a nightmare. They ripped up window framing and when it came to finishing the job, it went on for months. The major complaint was that you could never get feedback as to what was going on....

My dad had this happen to him as well. I decided to try it myself and they messed everything up.

After they put the window in incorrectly, they wanted us to pay them. Waste of time and money!

Sounds like teh home owner doesnt know how to clean the windows. I had the same problem, thought it was the window, but my sprinkler water was hitting the glass and staining it.

I fixed the sprinkler head, and used lime away to get the hard water stain off the window.

Town Watch must be a competitor.

Window World-Greenup Ky

They came 11/03-we ordered 1 window-couldn't get the $189.00 advertised price for various reasons, including a $25.00 disposal fee. It's now 2/05-still no window installed. Wouldn't use them again, and if possible will not use them this time, trying to get my money back. I was given many reasons why they haven't perfomed-weather,sickness,ect. Then I was told my install was a volunteer install because it needed installed on a Saturday, which I wasn;t told at the time or I wouldn't have agreed. Now I'm still waiting-wouldn't use them or recommend them to anyone again.

I was just watching it program about how Windows World hires so many veterans and how they use their corporate jet to help other veterans get to medical appointments or for whatever their needs are. I noticed in the video when Tammy got on the plane that there was a hand-painted sign next to the door that read dedicated to the memory of Todd Whitworth.

I became curious and Googled research to find out who Todd Whitman was and my first shock was to see he was 40 years old when he passed away that's very young. When the article said he passed away at home suddenly that spikes anyone's curiosity what happened get this man fall off the ladder did he overdose did he commit suicide? These are natural questions that come to people's mind when you read about a death of a young person and no cause of death is listed. Obviously that prompted additional research from me to see why this young man died.

When I saw alcohol and drug overdose my immediate thought was accidental when I saw the medical examiner's report stated suicide my first contemplation was how did they know it was suicide and not accidental.

Please don't blast people for their curiosity. It's very natural when a young person passes away unexpectedly and no reason or cause of death is given people naturally wonder what happened.
