Salesman Tom, writes out the paperwork explaining the window I needed and services I needed, Well Eight weeks latter, tnot the same window was delivered and then installed andnot the same window on the house,Stephanie at Window World CSRA do'sent care and she is the office manager, She tells me in an email well you signed for it! They will over charge you a 189.00 window could end up being 700.00 and the wrong window.
I was also charged for a permit , and none was supplied when I asked Stephanie about it she said its mine and I dont have to show it to you? My county did not warrant a permit.....Do yourself a favor shop elsewhere!
