Not happy that after 8 mos since I installation of 9 Windows, we still have not received replacement for faulty sash on kitchen window. Won't recommend Window World until this is resolved.
They promised to rectify problem after initial installation but never came back. I saw them a few months later when they were doing a neighbor's installation. I returned a tape measure they had left and reminded them they had not yet fixed the problem. They said they would get on it immediately.
I have not heard from them since. Apparently I am not the only person who has experienced similar issues with this company.
