So today I had an appt. at 530 for window world rep to come and give an estimate and tell me about their windows.

So at about 3pm Bob called, left a message and said he could come early. I texted back and said ok. I then got a call from Bob and he said he was about 30 min away, but he could just give me a rough estimate over the phone. So he said about 5600 for 10 windows and thats with us finishing the inside of the window ourselves.

My husband asked a few questions and his response was not sure, but probably. Didnt get to find out any info about the windows, the warranty or so on, he didnt even know the size of my windows. So after waiting 2 weeks for the appt, and them changing the time on me once, and Bob changing time on me again all I got was a 5 min uninformed phone call. Not good business at all.

I also might mention that I took the day off work, so I could be here for the appt. Bob needs customer service skills.
