We ordered 2 Patio doors in August , they finally came in. 4 inches to small .

They measured 4 times .It took several phone calls and apts that were set up and given away to others , or canceled leaves us at November 10th installed . Came at 10;30 left at 8;30. I missed 1/2 of my husbands birthday party that Friday. My room usually is inly 54 to 57 degrees.

I Hate them they are just like having my 35 yr old Anderson Windows. They don't answer my calls. I've called at least 10 . They came once said I would get a new reinstall date That was December 8th.

I'm freezing in my bedroom at night I live on the Lake. When will someone from Window World call me Back .
