I have tried to have customer service resolve our issues for months. No action on their part.

And they never call back when they say repeatedly that they will. I regret using this company. I purchased the hurricane windows, but they have no label stating that they have that rating, so I can't get the engineer to approve them, so I can't close out the building permit. Maybe they installed the wrong windows?????

The office that receives their calls is in Baton Rouge.

They then call the office in Houston, so you can't actually call the people responsible for correcting their issue. I have been calling them for months, and have never had any person tell me the truth.

Reason of review: Not as described.

Monetary Loss: $9794.

Preferred solution: Deliver product or service ordered.

I didn't like: Never getting the warranty work done.
