my name is paul folk of ridgeley wv had started in march or earley spring of 2015 they came finially a long time from first contact then alot of time had passed so i called them was told the man that was here left some wher in the company an had to schedule another man an that took a long time then finally came measured an left it was not till december befor anybody showed up to install windows the men that came wass after 4 oclock think they got lost no big deal there were 3 windows that needed adress ask if it was done told yes said on the one window on the patio never seen them go on the patio told them they fixed that one asked about other two said they fixed when daylight came next day was not touched think they did not speek english very well also on the rec room triple windo nock a chip out of plaster was not told must have picked up small chunk an put in pocket an eye sore.The gentle man i have been speaking with was Scott he was very concerend when he finially knew the issue adressed wright away was very concerend an profesional very concerned said he would take care of problem quickley a very nice guy Thank you Paul Folk 6/01/16
