The manager that came to give us a bid told of being best friends with the owner. That should have been our tip off.
We were assured in February that he could get us everything we wanted. (especially the patio door) and followed up with a phone call saying he had "personally" talked to the manufacturer and there would be no problem getting an exact match for the door we were replacing, including a screen door. The screen door was most important. When the installers came they spent as much time apologizing for the mistakes made in ordering as they spent installing.
The work done by the installers was equal to our expectations. However we found out in late summer that the door ordered was not the door promised. even though we had a signed contract. A new order for the door was sent without our signatures or approval.
We had a door installed, temporarily, That supposedly we had ordered. Rather than a french door opening on the right we received a center opening door where both doors were operable and resulted in a totally insecure door. When I asked the owner of the company to contact us he responded with a legal threat to invalidate our "Lifetime" warranty and take us to court unless we paid an additional $1500.00 because they had to incur added expense to get the door and screen that we had ordered a year earlier.
