I had my windows installed and noticed caulking issues and broken glass on my floor beyond the drop cloth. I have called them three times and they will not return my call.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Wow me too. Been over a year since I've heard from them. Windows weren't right when they installed them.

You are not alone. Our windows have issues and broken parts, and I haven't heard from them since November 2017 last year.

They came out on November last year to look damaged/broken parts.

They said they will order windows the next day and should be in within 3-4 weeks. Until now I haven't heard anything from them.
