This job was quoted as a 2 day job. The installers showed up on a Friday and rushed through it because they didn't want to return on Saturday.

22 windows were supposed to have been installed. They were short one of them but removed the storm window and casing anyway. 9 of the windows have screen that do not sit flush or tightly to the frame with gaps large enough for insects to easily get underneath. Their price quote was very inexpensive.

We get what we pay for. I should have went with more expensive Anderson Windows instead. Live and learn, they are advertised by Dave Ramsey on his radio program and he boasts about them.

Screw him and Window World!! The window they didn't have is still as they left it.

This install was completed, to the complete (written and signed) satisfaction of the customer in 2013. This complaint showed up randomly without our prior knowledge in 2015?

This is certainly not about Window World but something else.

22 Windows were ordered and 22 windows were installed, as ordered. A senior technician spent 2 to 3 hours checking every window, after the install, while the customer was there, to ensure that everything was installed correctly. This was not a rush job. The customer agreed by giving us the maximum top ratings across the board for satisfaction, on a survey.
