I purchased 3 bedroom windows 2 1/2 years ago. I had a couple companies come out for something else recently but while they were there I asked them if they saw anything wrong with my bedroom windows.

I told them that the windows are not as quiet as when they were first installed. Of course, both of them said the windows are sagging and the panes on the windows are not even. I was also told that the seals will leak in the future. It could be 3 years, it could be 5 years.

They said they have no way of knowing.

Now I have to replace the bedroom windows again. Lesson learned; don't buy windows from this company!
