Long story short. Places and ordered windows (6l windows abd a patio door.

Windows were to be installed in April, one window came damaged, had to wait to have reordered, they had to redo sliding door 3 or 4 times, didnt replace wood that was contracted to be replaced, made for more time delay.

Ultimately, they fInished on 9-5-18, to no fault of mine of any of the time delays of installation, thus I am not seeing how a 5 month delay is any fault of mine, now I am expecting a discount for the inconvenience and my time, I was told that 200 was all they were taking off off invoice, but I had ultimatium to take it that day or no deal. What about you handling your business and install on a timely manner, my time is money too and i am looking for a 15-20 % discount for my time
