This install was completed, to the complete (written and signed) satisfaction of the customer in 2013. This complaint showed up randomly without our prior knowledge in 2015?

This is certainly not about Window World but something else.

22 Windows were ordered and 22 windows were installed, as ordered. A senior technician spent 2 to 3 hours checking every window, after the install, while the customer was there, to ensure that everything was installed correctly. This was not a rush job. The customer agreed by giving us the maximum top ratings across the board for satisfaction, on a survey.

Good luck with any type of reasonable solution. I am a former field supervisor for these people and believe me when I say that your problems are the least of anybodies worries.

There's is absolutely no help given by the window mfg or from the franchise corporate office in Baton Rouge. Basically that manager is left to deal with the problem the best way they can.

It's obvious he is dodging your calls because he can't give you reasonable answers to the problem. It was a miserable work experience for me and glad I'm gone but feel real bad for all the customers I treated the way you are being treated now.

We use saliva when applying caulk as a barrier. If your finger isnt wet the caulk will attempt to stick to your finger.

So it makes a for a better finish job.

Could use a cup of water, but when installing windows time is money. So you just use your saliva.

Window World - Incomplete work

I have been waiting no less than 5 months and talked with 8 different people including one who stated they were one of the owners and would personally handle my issue. I was told that back in September my issue would be handled and done in or around the end of the month. I have yet to see anything. My original install date was the first week of July and my complaint 2 days after that. Absolutely nothing has been done to resolve my issue. I have since had my credit card company refund my money which has been done.

Window World in Houston, Texas - 3 no show installs 10 weeks later

I ordered windows on July 26th. I was told it would take 4-7 weeks before the windows would come in and could be installed. After me having to call to schedule my first install, the installers never showed up and did not call to let me know. They rescheduled right away and then cancelled again on the day of install again. It has now been ten weeks three reschedules and this last one told me he was coming and just didn't show or have the courtesy to call. After all that they still don't even have one of my windows ordered. A mess of a company.
