Had 8 full windows installed on September 2016. The first rain 3 full windows leaked.

They soaked the window sills and drywall and carpet in 2 out of 3 rooms. Called window world at 8:00 am when rain was leaking through the windows .They were leaking very fast and 2 of us were changing towels wringing them out 7 at a time and throwing them in the dryer and couldn't get them dry fast enough to keep replacing them. It poured until 1:30pm so from 8:00 am to 1:30! We were literally taking care of leaking windows the whole time.

At 10:30 that morning window world finally called me back. This is what Laura said: "We are on it " this happened in Santa Maria Ca ,store in Atascadero Ca. Not once did she apologize or conversate in a professional way. They never answer their phone it's all answering machine / go figure, who runs a business this way?

Finally, at 12:45 I still had no worker show up so I called again. Fifteen minutes later I finally got a call from a worker and he showed up 13:10 pm . The rain started to subside. He recaulked the windows although didn't make much difference at the time .

On Monday I called because that all happened on aFriday, and asked for a call back . The Company never called me just an installer. They showed up. When Joseph showed up with another worker Joseph tried to say my windows were leaking because the stucco had a crack on it.

He put me on total defense not to mention I just spent 3800.00$ for new windows and prior to this I lived there for 15 years never had a leaky window. He told me that the installer "Kelly" is not answering his phone on Friday when all this occurred when he showed up to try to stop the leaks . Finally the worker that had initially installed the windows showed up . He took a look at my video of leaks and a cup of water out of the carpet .

He started working on the windows and then left. He returned a few days later to make sure they weren't leaking and he also fixed the drywall and window sills. He took the damage very personal and assured us he would make all the damage right. It took a couple days however he did what he assured us he would.

In regards to the installer Kelly we were very pleased with his commitment . We wanted to get the rest of the windows done and sliding doors but I will not use window world for this or any other window replacement. I feel that the company does not deal with a paying customer in a professional way at all . There was about a 2 week span where they could have made a personal call or some type of reimbursement .

Never heard a word even in regards to any final report on how the windows were doing or a satisfaction report from us whether they were even fixed to our satisfaction .

Once again,, window world you r too big for your britches and u need to get some better help !!!!!!!! No recommendation from me verbally or otherwise STICK with HOME DePOT !!!!!!!

I can tell you right now my boss isA picky f***** ain't done right ain't happy. Iowa we don't leave till the customers are happy
