Horrible company and horrible experience! We will NEVER purchase a product from Window World of Baton Rouge ever again.The saleman, Jacob, was late for the intial appointment. We got an estimate for three windows to be replaced. My husband decided to only change out two. He called Jacob and asked that he come back out to discuss the changes. Jacob didnt want to come out. Took several weeks for him to finally come out and meet with my husband and do a new bid on the two windows.

The windows took longer than expected to be manufactured and when the installer came out, one of the windows was for the wrong room. It took two days for them to install the ONE correct window. They were in our tenant's home at 7:30 pmthe second day finishing the window.

The second window had yo be reordered and took two months to be manufactured. The installer came out with the window. he had no idea it was a second story window, it needed exterior capping or that they needed to replace the sill (all in our bid- thank god we made the salesman come back out and write it all out). Showed him our copy of the bid. They had no tools, no ladder, and could not donthe job. Now they are sending out another crew tomorrow. My tenant is furious as are we!! This has been a horrible experience and this company is not run well or efficiently. You dont feel like you can complain to anyone who cares at all. No pride in their work or work ethics. The products probably arent with it either-just an assumption!

Typical arrogant customer not valuing the time of the company and it's employee. Every time they have to come out to you means they aren't meeting with someone else costing them money but you as the customer think you shouldnt have to pay for that time.
