I just got my windows installed by Window World of Atlanta about a month ago. My windows are fogging.

The funny thing is only the windows installed by Window World are fogging. My 20 year old windows are fine. They are telling me that their windows are so good that it keeps the humidity out and hence they are fogging. This is the worst explanation that I have ever heard.

It is like installing single pane windows and going back to 1950s.

They are telling me that they have some explanation for this and are going to provide it to me. Has anyone seen such issue?

all but 1 of my windows (new this year), fog on outside. means windows do no insulating.

WW, including franchise headquarters, totally ignoring my calls. this is a $5000 deal. consumer "protection" and credit cad co. useless.

filing in small claims. I want $, would not want their "fix".

Sorry, but you got what you paid for. Window World is like the Dollar General of windows, so in all fairness to Window World, you pretty much got what is to be expected.

Sounds like the seals have failed. This usually happens as windows age, but in your situation it is probably due to a manufacturing defect at the plant.

Windows are not supposed to fog up like that---unless they are defective. I would tell them to replace them, period.

If you paid by credit card, you still have time to dispute the charge if they refuse. Their explanation is hilarious by the way.

Window World does replace. They send a saleman out to even put in the new sash. Does Lowes do that for a lifetime?

The person never said if the moisture is between the glass or on the outside of the interior glass and can be wiped off. If so then window world is correct and the house has too much humidity and the glass is the coldest part so the moisture condenses. Not the windows failt
