Would never do business again or recommend. Rotten customer service.

Whenever presented with dissatisfaction, their resolution is to hang up on you. Only the last person I spoke to who identified himself as a supervisor, if that's even true, tried to engage me in any way regarding my billing complaint. I was supposed to be charged the full amount on my contract and they partially billed they literally told me that my contract "doesn't matter." Which I guess was their way of saying that what they put on there is just a suggested guideline of how they're going to handle your billing. The sales rep even told me he requested full billing and didn't understand the partial charge.

No where on the contract in the total or in any fine print does it say I'm only being billed a deposit. While I am taking this to an extreme, I don't like being lied to. If my contract says you're billing me for $699, then bill me $699. Don't play games with my check book and then tell me it's all my fault I don't babysit their office billers.

Oh, and because the WW Bissonnet office likes to troll the reviews, I will state for the record yes, I shouted at their representatives. I shouted loudly, often, and repeatedly.

I will always shout when I'm being hustled. WW stop screwing with people, do what your contracts say and no one will be yelling anymore.
