I had an appointment to get an estimate on windows, doors and siding. The rep never showed; they never even called.
When I called them I didn't get so much as an apology for wasting my time. I was willing to give them another shot this time the guy showed up (late) and said he would email me the estimates. After a few days I called to see why I hadn't received the estimates they said they would have the rep get back in touch with me. Well that never happened.
3 weeks later I called again this time to let them know of my experience and to tell the to keep the estimates. If I can't get them to respond to give them work then there is no way they will respond if something was wrong.
