Exchange, Refund and Cancellation Policy

I needed 5 windows for my house. I emailed them the specifications for what I wanted.

3 of one size, 1 of another size and 1 more of a different size. They wrote up a quote for the wrong amount of windows because they cannot read and follow directions on an email. I paid for them and then didn't find out until later they ordered and had me pay for 6 windows. I even have the original email and they even have the email and won't acknowledge their mistake.

They say it's my fault.

Well I can assure you I will never order from them again. Who cares what the rest of their services and prices are like, if you get billed for windows that you did not order, the rest does not matter.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.
