Installers are not Window World employees; service is terrible, communication is the worst. Still have not paid my second half of amount due for 4 windows..all they need to do is bring the correct weephole covers and fix a latch.

Just can't seem to get it right. Had to reorder windows the day the came in were damaged, then they came out and did not get a permit, that I paid for. Installer started ripping window out anyway after we told him to stop.

Screen missing , one window had leak, was purple (that got replaced) Can't seem to get simple things done like fix a latch and get the correct weephole covers. Set up appointments, but never make it for some reason.
